Description

The Frymaster FM810-0379 Fryer Ball Valve manages fluid flow through a rotating closure inside the system. The manual force applied to the handle turns the internal ball and changes the size of the open passage between connected sections. The 1-1/4-inch specification provides the female threaded pipe interface, and the 6-7/8-inch handle establishes the stated lever length for operation. Fitted into the supply piping, the assembly creates a defined control position within the line. The rotation of the handle shifts the passage between aligned and blocked positions, regulating delivery through the connected circuit.
