Description

The Frymaster FM810-2126 Fryer Ball Valve provides manual control of fluid flow through a connected piping section. Rotating the lever turns the internal spherical closure aligning the passage within the frame with the adjoining line. The 1-1/4-inch FPT defines, the female threaded connection and the 6-7/8-inch handle specifies the lever length. Installed at a line junction the assembly provides an accessible control point for regulating flow conditions. The lever's position determines whether fluid flows through the connected section or remains contained upstream.
