The Frymaster FM810-2156 Fryer Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out regulates natural gas flow through an electrically operated mechanism integrated into the control system. When a 120V signal is supplied, the valve opens to direct gas toward the burner assembly during active heating periods. Removal of the signal causes the valve to return to a closed state, interrupting fuel movement through the connected circuit. This sequence assists in coordinating gas delivery with the equipment's operating cycle. It is installed in compatible commercial cooking equipment as part of the gas management assembly designated for burner engagement and controlled shutdown procedures.
