The Frymaster FM8102156 Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out operates by controlling the release of gas in reaction to commands generated by the fryer's electrical systems. It permits fuel transfer to the burner network during designated cooking operations and restricts the flow when the control sequence ends or operating conditions change. The internal mechanism responds to 120V input to transition between open and closed positions. It is used in commercial cooking and foodservice systems, where it is mounted within the gas control compartment to assist in ignition processes and ongoing burner control operations.
