Description

The Frymaster FM812-1226 Drain Nipple is a 10-inch drain fitting with a 1-1/4-inch male pipe thread MPT connection that fits with commercial fryer equipment. It allows cooking oil or other fluid that has been drained to flow from the fryer vessel into the connected drainage system. It is installed at the designated drain outlet and is connected to the downstream drain line. It has a threaded end to make the mechanical connection in the drainage circuit, and it supports removing the oil from the fryer during draining and service.
