Description

The Frymaster FM812-1226SP Drain Nipple is a 10" fitting with a 1-1/4" male pipe thread to fit compatible fryer drainage assemblies. It is placed at the drain of the fryer where it creates a specific outlet for cooking oil to drain out when the fryer is emptied. The threaded portion is used to connect to the plumbing to keep the fitting in place in the drainage path. Fluid flows from the nipple to the connected line and collection system during draining, and it supports providing a controlled flow of oil from the drainage system.
