The Market Forge 98-1481 Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out operates by regulating the timing of natural gas delivery within a commercial system. It uses a 120V electrical input to actuate the internal mechanism, allowing fuel to move through the valve and into the burner system during designated operating periods. When the electrical command is no longer present, the valve ceases gas transfer through the connected circuit. It is used within the gas control assembly of commercial kitchen equipment, where it assists in heating sequences, burner control operations, and the transition between active and inactive equipment modes.
