Description

The Cecilware GML345A Thermostat RX monitors cooking temperature and regulates the heating circuit by opening or closing electrical contacts as the selected setting is reached. It operates by sensing heat through the 3/8-inch × 5-3/4-inch bulb with a 36-inch capillary and an operating range of 200°F–375°F, allowing the control mechanism to cycle the heating element as temperatures change. It is installed within commercial systems, it forms part of the temperature control system that manages heating cycles and maintains the selected cooking temperature.
