Description

The Cecilware GML345E Thermostat RX regulates heat by monitoring temperature and controlling the electrical circuit connected to compatible heating equipment. It operates by responding to temperature changes through the 3/8-inch × 5-3/4-inch sensing bulb with a 36-inch capillary and a 200°F–375°F operating range, enabling the control mechanism to cycle the heating system as required. It is installed inside commercial systems and other heated foodservice equipment, it forms part of the temperature regulation system that maintains the selected operating conditions throughout cooking cycles.
