This 23-1/4" X 5-1/4" cast iron griddle is durable, measures 23-1/4" X 5-1/4" and features even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, essential for perfectly grilled results. This grate has four cross bars and six ribs, is reversible and can be used for flexible cooking options. It rises 3/4" on one side and has a leg height of 3-1/2", promoting successful grease drainage and minimizing flare ups to promote safety and cleanliness in the cooking area.
