Manufacturer:
The Frymaster 8073680 High-Limit Thermostat W/Manual Reset detects the temperature inside the fryer and cuts off power when the set limit is reached. The manual reset system will make sure that the system is not turned on until it is deliberately turned off following an over-temperature event. This thermostat is installed close to the heating component or inside the oil chamber of the compatible commercial fryers. It is supposed to be used in case the high-limit is not working properly, to assist in keeping the temperature safe during cooking sessions.
