Description

The Hatco HT02-11-012 Flange Gasket 2.75" X 2.75" is used to seal the joint of two connected surfaces where there are holes in water heaters or similar equipment. It operates by filling the irregularities on the surface and restricting the leakage of fluids at the joint when the bolts are tightened between the joint faces. This is placed over the openings of the mating flanges, over the bolt holes before assembly, to ensure that the sealing substance is correctly placed between the surfaces to ensure an interface.
