Description

The Hatco HT2-11-012-00 Flange Gasket 2.75" X 2.75" is a flat sealing component that is designed to be used in the flanged joint in water heater assemblies or other equipment. It works by clamping between the mating faces of the flanges and squeezing under bolt torque to seal surface differences to limit fluid leakage. This is installed around the holes on the respective flanges, and aligned with the bolt holes before tightening, so that the gasket is situated between the surfaces to provide a tight seal.
