The Garland G02725-16 Dial Insert Knob Overlay 150-500°F temperature settings are shown on a control knob with marked increments. It operates by fitting into the face of the knob such that as the knob is turned the indicator will be in line with the printed scale to indicate the range of temperatures chosen. This dial insert fits into the control knob of the front panel of the cooking equipment and is positioned so that the markings are aligned with the control shaft and pointer.
