Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-719255-00012 Red Knob with Set Screw on Burner Valve rotates the valve stem to control the flow of gas by moving the internal control mechanism. The D-stem grips the valve shaft as the knob is turned, and the set screw holds the knob on the stem to prevent it from falling off during adjustment. It can be mounted on the front panel of any compatible cooking equipment where the valve shaft sticks out so that the flat-down orientation and red color can be easily read. The knob is of the correct size to fit and work with the correct stem sizes.
