Cleveland KE601979 Limit Switch

The Cleveland KE601979 Limit Switch detects mechanical position changes within equipment by opening or closing an internal electrical contact when an actuator is triggered by movement of a connected component. It operates by using a spring-loaded lever or plunger mechanism that responds to physical displacement, sending an electrical signal to the control circuit to indicate whether a specified position has been reached during operational cycles. It is installed on the equipment frame or internal assembly of compatible Cleveland units, usually positioned where moving parts such as doors, valves, or linkage mechanisms can engage the switch actuator during normal operation.
