The Magikitch'N MK2802-1318100 Burner Valve 1/8" MPT regulates the amount of gas flowing to a commercial cooking burner and the intensity of the flame can be adjusted. It works by rotating the knob to control the supply of the gas and the opening or closing, of the valve according to the cooking needs. The valve is made to fit directly onto the burner assembly, and it connects to the gas line with, a male pipe thread to easily fit in with the rest of the kitchen equipment.
