The TurboChef NGC-3036 Cover is a replacement part for compatible rapid-cook ovens to cover the waveguide channel, which directs energy into the cooking cavity. This cover assists in keeping the right airflow and prevents food bits, grease and water from getting into the microwave system, which supports heating food evenly and reduces problems. It is normally changed out during normal maintenance or whenever the old cover is damaged. The waveguide cover covers the microwave pathway which supports ensuring cooking efficiency in commercial kitchens.
