Description

The Turbochef NGC3029 Oven Waveguide Cover assists in directing the appliance in the cooking chamber and prevents internal parts from grease, food particles and moisture accumulation. It operates by blocking the waveguide opening and letting the microwave energy pass through it, while the cooking cycle is in operation without affecting the heat distribution. This part is placed within the oven cavity close to the waveguide channel and operates as a barrier between magnetron system and the interior cooking conditions in commerical systems.
