Description

The Garland CKG7804-44 Faucet Open Top Pilot Assembly controls ignition by permitting gas to flow through the pilot tubing and ignite at the open-top outlet. The resulting flame is left to start the main burner when the gas valve is opened. It is attached close to the burner in a compatible cooking operator so that it is directly in contact with the flame during ignition. The assembly has a 6-inch pilot tube that is made to reach correctly into the unit. It has a nut and sleeve that help ensure proper fit at the gas connection point.
