The Bakers Pride R3026X Charbroiler Orifice is used to measure the flow of gas to a burner by providing an opening of a specific size that limits the fuel before it enters the combustion chamber, which allows for determining the appropriate size of flame and combustion properties in that application. The orifice has a calibrated hole through which the gas passes and regulates the volume. It is fitted in the gas train at the assembly of compatible cooking equipment where the orifice size and thread configuration of the specified orifice size and thread configuration are compatible.
