Description

The Southbend 1195077 Burner Hood Fitting Orifice 56 shapes the flow and gas to the burner by creating a hole of the correct size through which the gas flows before combustion. When the gas flows out of the supply line into the orifice, the limited opening regulates the amount of gas that is released to the burner hood to be ignited. It is fitted in the burner assembly of compatible cooking equipment. Which is at the point where the gas line is connected to the burner air-mixing space.
