Description

The Star Mfg 2J-Z0555 Gas Fryer NAT/LP Pilot Assembly is an element of gas ignition that produces and maintains a steady pilot flame, which in turn ignites the main burners to a consistent heat output during cooking. The assembly includes a natural gas pilot and 1/4-inch tube connection, which we provide for flame stability. It is placed in the burner system, where it works with the gas supply, thermocouple, and burner assembly to support efficient fuel use, sure ignition, accurate temperature control, and secure operation of commercial fryer equipment.
