Description

The Pitco PTP6071457 LP/Natural Gas Pilot Burner Assembly 1/4" produces and maintains a stable auxiliary flame, and that in turn ignites the main burner, allowing the fryer to operate properly and to maintain the same cooking temperatures each time. which is also designed into the product for flame stability and consistent performance in tough kitchen settings. It is installed in the burner system, which in turn hooks up with the gas supply, thermocouple, pilot tubing and burner assembly to support better combustion, consistent start-up, and continuous performance in commercial food service settings.
