Description

The Pitco A1105406C Extended Basket Hanger operates as a support accessory for fryer trays used in SG14, SG14R, and SG14T models. It mounts to the structure and provides an extended resting position for baskets after frying cycles are complete. This enables excess oil to drain back into the fry pot before product removal. By holding baskets securely above the oil surface the hanger supports controlled draining and assists in reducing oil carryover. Integrated with the fryers basket support system it assists with workflow performance and supports consistent, fryer operation during high-volume cooking.
