Description

The Pitco PTA1105406-C Extended Basket Hanger works as a positioning and drainage support component for fryer baskets in the SG14 series appliance. Placed adjacent to the top of fry pot, it allows baskets to be lifted and held in an elevated position once cooking is complete. This placement enables oil to drain from the basket contents directly into the fryer and improves oil management. The extended setup provides adequate clearance for table basket placement without interfering with fryer operation. Working as part of the basket handling system, the hanger supports efficient post-cook procedures in commercial frying processes.
