The Nieco 2195 Pressure Regulator is a gas pressure controller for 3/4-inch natural gas that is utilized in commercial cooking systems including fryers and griddles. It operates by decreasing and stabilizing the incoming gas pressure to the safe, and efficient levels of operation of the equipment. It is fitted to gas supply line in front of the appliance and makes sure that the burner performs uniformly and combusts correctly and that the system is safe. This regulator is essential in the prevention of pressure differences.
