The Nieco 2195 Pressure Regulator is a regulator designed for use in commercial cooking equipment and gas-operated systems that require controlled fuel delivery. It maintains incoming gas pressure within a 3" to 6" water column range at up to 1/2 psi allowing it to maintain stable performance and consistent appliance operation. Commonly installed in commercial appliances and foodservice, it supports proper flow between the supply line and burner assembly. Its objective within the system, is to reduce pressure fluctuations that can affect ignition heating accuracy and overall equipment performance.
