Description

The Star Mfg PS-RG2025 Roller Grill Motor powers the roller drive system by generating rotational power, that turns the cooking rollers at a fixed speed. Operating at 3.5 RPM on a 120V single-phase circuit, it assists in maintaining continuous roller movement during food preparation and holding periods. The unit is mounted within the roller grill framework and connected to the drive assembly that transfers motion to the rollers. It is used in commercial roller grills where controlled rotation supports the cooking and presentation of various heated food components.
