Description

The Star Mfg Z1856 Motor 3.5 RPM converts electrical energy into controlled rotational motion to drive the grill's roller assembly at a steady speed. Operating on a 120-volt single-phase power supply, it continuously turns the casters to support even component movement during cooking. This motor is typically installed within the grills drive system where it connects to the roller mechanism and operates to maintain rotation. Designed for use in commercial equipment it performs a key role in the operation of hot dog grills and similar foodservice cooking units that use rotating systems.
