Description

The Randell RF VLV404 Low Temp Expansion Valve controls refrigerant flow by metering the amount entering the evaporator according to changes in system temperature and pressure during operation. It continuously adjusts refrigerant delivery to maintain the intended flow throughout the refrigeration cycle. The valve is installed in compatible commercial refrigeration systems as part of the refrigerant metering assembly. Designed for low-temperature applications with a 1/4-ton capacity, it operates in coordination with the evaporator, compressor and surrounding refrigeration parts.
