Description

Market Forge S10-1033A Steam Pressure Relief Valve 3/4 FPT is a safety valve that is used in compatible steam cooking systems. It has a 3/4" female thread connection of the pipe, which can be inserted into the steam line or boiler assembly to measure internal pressure. When pressure in the system reaches desired level, the valve will open to discharge the undesired steam, thereby avoiding damage to the chamber and other parts. This is a highly significant protective measure in the steam system of commercial and institutional kitchens to maintain pressure in the system.
