The Southbend SOU1184192 Burner Valve Knob D-STEM Flat Up is used to pass manual rotational input to regulate gas flow. This is used to open or close the gas passage by adjusting the position using the interface. This is fitted to the front control panel of compatible cooking equipment with the flat facing upwards and connected directly to a 1/4" D-stem valve. It has a 2-1/2" diameter and is made to be used on commercial ranges and other gas-fired appliances.
