The Prince Castle 78-196S DPST Rocker Switch is an electrical control system that is used to turn on/off power in commercial foodservice equipment. This is a double-pole, single-throw switch that opens or closes two circuits at the same time. It is normally fitted in appliances like warmers, holding units and preparation equipment. The rocker-type actuator is easy to operate and the four 1/4" tab terminals enable the electrical connection to be secure. In the appliance, the switch is a primary user interface system that allows operators to safely start or shut down equipment during normal cleaning or commercial kitchen operations.
