Turbochef TBC101286 Solid State Dual Voltage Relay is compatible with different ovens such as the HHB2, HHC-2020, and the NGC. It work at both 120V/240V and has the capacity to handle a circuit current of up to 40A for efficient power supply. This solid-state relay is used in providing a good control of heating elements thus improving control of the system. Most appropriate for use in commercial kitchens, it is a smooth operation and longevity hence minimizing failure and maintenance.
