The Blodgett 52091 Oven Thermocouple 48" is a system used to measure the temperature of the oven, by changing the heat of the chamber into an electrical signal that is sent to the control system to monitor the temperature. It reacts to the temperature variations so that the heating components can be regulated accordingly. This thermocouple is installed inside the oven towards the cooking area and extends to the control connection and measures internal temperatures accurately. It is installed in the structure of the oven and it serves as part of the temperature control system.
