The Blodgett 52091 Thermocouple Snap Fit 48" 20-30mV of the 1980 Series is a temperature sensor that is used in commercial ovens. It detects the amount of heat in the cooking cavity and transmits a signal of millivolts to the control system of the oven to enable accurate control of temperature. It is also designed to be installed in the flame or the heating section of the oven in a snap-fit manner, providing responsive readings. It allows the performance of the cooking process to be consistent through the feedback of temperature to the thermostat, allowing safe and effective use in the professional kitchen.
