Manufacturer:
The Jade Range 4612600100 Thermocouple 18 inch .2030 MV to 1900 Series H/D is a gas cooking appliance temperature sensing safety operator. It detects the presenc pilot flame and produces a small electrical signal sent to the gas control valve to keep it open. When the flame is put out, the signal is terminated, and the valve is closed to prevent uncontrolled flow of gas. This is mounted in the burner assembly in the compatible heavy-duty gas appliances, which works in tandem with the ignition system and the control to help in accurate lighting and safe operation in the kitchen conditions.
