The Ultrafryer 22A148 Thermostat is a temperature control unit that supports a deep fryer with 277V and 30 A. It controls the heating component to keep the temperatures between 60°F and 250°F. Ensuring accurate and consistent cooking conditions. It is wired directly into the fryer control panel itself and measures and regulates the amount of heat produced to avoid overheating, and holds the temperature of the oil to the desired levels. It is a component of the fryer operation as it is used for safe, efficient and food cooking in a commercial kitchen.
