The Blodgett 11513 Thermostat K-920-36 operates by monitoring, and controlling the internal temperature of the oven in order to ensure that the amount of heat in the oven remains constant during cooking or baking. It detects temperature variations inside the oven cavity and regulates heating components so as to reach the predetermined level of temperature. This type of thermostat is fitted into the control system of the oven which is connected to the heating parts and temperature probe. It is designed on the basis of commercial kitchen ovens and ensures that the temperature is controlled properly to allow the efficient cooking process in a commercial food service setting.
