The Garland CK227155 Thermostat KX 175°F-550°F 3 /16" X 11-5/8" 60" CAP controls the temperature of the oven by detecting the amount of heat in the oven using its sensing bulb, capillary tube and adjusting the heating elements accordingly. Its internal system reacts to the temperature changes by contracting or expanding, regulating the amount of heat in the oven. The thermostat is fitted to be installed in the oven, placing the sensing elements in a safe place and connecting to the control system to ensure that it is well integrated and monitored to maintain a stable cooking condition.
