The Star Mfg 2T-2662A8701 S Type Thermostat used in commercial cooking and warming systems and has a 3/16" x 11-5/8" sensing bulb with a 48-inch capillary tube that will enable to control the temperature inside the appliance accurately. This thermostat is normally mounted on griddles, ovens, and food warmers whereby it controls and keeps the heat at constant temperatures to assure better cooking operation. It is an essential control element in the heating circuit, which will assist in avoiding changes in temperature and provide effective and stable functioning of the system.
