The Star Mfg 2T-1421B8703 Thermostat S W/Dial and 1 Mount 200-400°C 24" CAP 3/8" X 5-1/8" Nickel Bulb is used to control the temperature of commercial appliances by closing or opening electrical contacts depending on the changes in heat. The nickel bulb is temperature sensitive along its 24" capillary and the dial can be adjusted between the 200 and 400°F range. It is the temperature management system of the appliance that ensures safe and consistent functioning of the appliance during the cooking or heating process.
