The 36” cap is easy to install, and the flat-down stem design makes it easy to fit different oven models such as OV250, OV400, OV500, and OV600. For dial plate use, there are choices like #22-1377 and #22-1378. Designed for use it gives consistent output and ease in controlling oven temperatures.
