Description

The Rankin Delux TB-01 Top Grate 23" X 5-3/8" is a removable cooking grate for use in commercial charbroiling equipment. It is a well-defined cooking surface above the burners. In operation, food is placed directly on the grate, and the heat flows upward from the burner area through the open spaces. It also allows the juices and surplus residue to flow away from the food surface based on the design of the appliance. It is used in the charbroiler to hold the ingredients while they are being grilled and to keep the food away from the heat source.
