Description

The Uniworld UWDUM-80FB Aluminum Beater Paddle 80 QT Bowl is used to mix and blend ingredients in a commercial jar blender. It works by attaching to the mixer hub, and moving around the bowl during mechanical mixing cycles to fold, mix and aerate batters or dough. The rigid paddle structure provides uniform movement of ingredients throughout the entire 80-quart capacity, resulting in uniform processing. It is housed within proper appliances and is Connected to the central driveshaft and operates within the bowl assembly during normal mixing.
