Description

The Uniworld UWDUM80FB Aluminum Beater Paddle rotates and pushes the contents of the batters evenly during operation to mix batters, mashed ingredients, fillings and other food items. It has a flat paddle shape, which allows it to mix heavier mixtures without adding air and ensures even distribution around the inside of the bowl. This attachment is mounted in an 80-quart commercial mixer bowl and is attached to the shaft assembly of the blender for use in food preparation operations. It is made of aluminum and is usually used in bakeries, restaurant and commercial kitchens for large-volume mixing applications.
