Description

The Montague V-2GC Safety Valve 1/4" Pilot Fitting 3/8" NPT component controls the flow of gas within commercial cooking equipment. It operates by opening and closing in response to an electrical signal directing gas from the supply line to the burner assembly. Installed within the internal gas control system it connects the inlet to the distribution pathway that feeds gas to the pilot and main burners. As an essential part of the appliances management system it ensures proper gas delivery during operation and supports stable combustion required for consistent commercial cooking performance.
