Description

The Montague V2GC Safety Valve 1/4" Pilot Fitting 3/8" NPT component manages the flow of gas in commercial cooking appliances of the equipment. It operates by receiving an electrical signal to open or close, controlling the movement of fuel from the supply line into the burner system. Installed within the internal gas assembly, it connects the gas inlet to the pathways supplying both the main and pilot burners. As an essential part of the distribution system, it regulates gas delivery during operation and supports stable combustion necessary for consistent and secure commercial cooking cycles.
