The Cleveland 23198 Convection Steamer Water Level Control Board controls the water levels by taking input from sensors and controlling valves or pumps to ensure that the cooking or steaming system is filled properly. The board receives signals to turn on or off the flow of water based on set programmed limits. It is attached to the wiring harnesses of the machine in the control compartment of compatible commercial steamers or ovens. The assembly is the main electronic control of the water level and is used in case the original board does not work or does not react to the sensor inputs.
