Description

The Hobart 00-410610-00005 Burner Valve controls gas flow to the burner by opening or restricting the internal passage according to the operating position. Its 3/8" MPT X 3/8" male connections provide the threaded interfaces for joining gas lines. It fits within the burner supply circuit, with one side connected to incoming piping and the other leading toward the combustion section. This part is used in commercial cooking equipment with gas-fired burners. During operation, turning the control changes the valve opening regulating fuel flow toward the burner for the heating cycle.
