Description

The Hobart 110610-5 Burner Valve regulates fuel entering the heating section by changing the internal passage as the control is turned. Its 3/8" MPT X 3/8" male connections provide threaded points for joining gas lines. It fits within the supply circuit, positioned between piping and the burning assembly, with each threaded end secured to its corresponding connection. This is used in cooking equipment with heating systems. During operation, rotating the control adjusts the opening, allowing the amount of fuel to travel toward the heating head for the heating cycle.
